Política de privacidad

El responsable de la app y de esta política es ZubiLabs (Jon Zubizarreta), con sede en Azpeitia (Gipuzkoa), España. Puedes escribirnos a [email protected].

• Sin cuenta ni registro: la app no pide nombre, correo, teléfono ni ningún otro dato que te identifique.
• Sin servidor propio: el cálculo de calorías, tu perfil y tu historial viven en tu dispositivo y nunca se envían a ZubiLabs.
• Anuncios solo en la versión gratuita: los sirve Google AdMob y se solicitan como anuncios no personalizados. WODFuel Pro no muestra ninguno.
• Suscripción Pro a través de RevenueCat: recibe un identificador anónimo y los datos de la transacción, nunca tu nombre ni tu tarjeta.
• Estadísticas anónimas: la app envía a Expo datos técnicos sobre arranques, errores y rendimiento. Se detallan más abajo.

La app guarda en el almacenamiento local del dispositivo, y únicamente para funcionar:

• Tu perfil: sexo, peso y, si los indicas, edad y altura. Son los datos con los que se estiman las calorías.
• Tu historial: cada entrenamiento que guardas, con el formato, la marca, los movimientos y las calorías estimadas.
• Una marca de tiempo del último anuncio intersticial, para no mostrarte otro antes de tres minutos.

Estos datos no salen del dispositivo, no se sincronizan con ningún servidor y se borran al desinstalar la app o desde «Eliminar todos los datos» en la pestaña de perfil. Si tienes activada la copia de seguridad del sistema (iCloud o Google), pueden incluirse en ella según la configuración de tu dispositivo, no de la app.

Datos de salud. El peso, el sexo, la edad y la altura son datos sobre tu cuerpo. La app los usa solo para la fórmula de calorías, en el propio dispositivo, y no los envía a ningún tercero: ni a Google, ni a RevenueCat, ni a Expo.

La versión gratuita muestra un banner en la parte inferior y, como máximo una vez cada tres minutos, un anuncio a pantalla completa después de calcular un entrenamiento. Los sirve Google AdMob, un servicio de Google Ireland Limited (Google). La app solicita siempre anuncios no personalizados: no se te muestran anuncios basados en tu perfil ni se te sigue entre apps para elegirlos.

• Para servir y medir los anuncios, el SDK de Google recibe la dirección IP, datos del dispositivo (modelo, sistema, idioma), la versión de la app y, según tu configuración de iOS o Android, el identificador publicitario del dispositivo. Google trata estos datos según su política de privacidad (policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
• Puedes limitar el uso del identificador publicitario desde los ajustes de privacidad de tu dispositivo. En iOS, la app no solicita permiso de seguimiento, porque no lo usa.
• Si te suscribes a WODFuel Pro, la app deja de solicitar anuncios. ZubiLabs no recibe de Google ningún dato individual: solo cifras agregadas de impresiones e ingresos.

WODFuel Pro se compra en el App Store o en Google Play. El pago lo gestiona Apple o Google con su propia política de privacidad; ZubiLabs no recibe tu nombre, tu dirección ni tus datos de pago.

Para saber si tu compra está activa en cualquiera de tus dispositivos, la app usa RevenueCat, un servicio de RevenueCat, Inc. (Estados Unidos). RevenueCat recibe un identificador aleatorio generado por la app, la plataforma, la versión de la app y los datos de la transacción que le pasa la tienda (producto, fecha, estado de la renovación). No recibe tu nombre, tu correo ni tu tarjeta. Trata estos datos según su política (revenuecat.com/privacy). Sin este servicio no sería posible restaurar la compra ni comprobar la renovación.

Para saber cuánta gente usa la app, detectar errores y distribuir correcciones, la app se comunica con los servicios de Expo Application Services (EAS), operados por 650 Industries, Inc. (Expo), con sede en Estados Unidos. Estas son las tres únicas comunicaciones que existen:

Identificador de instalación. Al instalarse, la app genera un código aleatorio que acompaña a las comunicaciones con Expo y sirve para contar instalaciones distintas y agrupar los errores. No es el identificador publicitario, no está vinculado a tu cuenta de Apple o Google ni a ningún dato personal, y desaparece al desinstalar la app.

Dirección IP. Como en cualquier conexión a internet, los servidores de Expo reciben la dirección IP del dispositivo al atender la petición. ZubiLabs no tiene acceso a ella: solo ve estadísticas agregadas y los informes de error.

Qué no se envía. Ni tu nombre, ni tu correo, ni tu peso, ni tus entrenamientos, ni tu ubicación, ni el identificador publicitario del dispositivo.

Base legal y conservación. Tratamos estos datos técnicos por interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f del RGPD): mantener la app funcionando y corregir errores. Expo los conserva según su propia política de privacidad (expo.dev/privacy); ZubiLabs no los copia a ningún otro sistema.

WODFuel es una app de entrenamiento para adultos y no está dirigida a menores de 16 años. No recogemos a sabiendas datos de menores; si crees que un menor ha usado la app, escríbenos y lo resolveremos.

El RGPD te reconoce los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad. Como ZubiLabs no guarda ningún dato que permita identificarte, no podemos localizar «tus» estadísticas para entregarlas o borrarlas; lo que sí puedes hacer es borrar tu perfil y tu historial desde la propia app o desinstalándola, y gestionar la suscripción desde tu cuenta de Apple o Google. Para cualquier solicitud escribe a [email protected]. Si crees que no hemos respondido correctamente, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) o ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país.

Si la app empieza a recoger algo nuevo, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de arriba antes de publicar esa versión. Los cambios importantes se anunciarán también en las notas de la versión de la app.

• No account, no sign-up: the app never asks for your name, email, phone number or anything else that identifies you.
• No server of our own: the calorie estimate, your profile and your history live on your device and are never sent to ZubiLabs.
• Ads only in the free version: they are served by Google AdMob and requested as non-personalised ads. WODFuel Pro shows none.
• Pro subscription through RevenueCat: it receives an anonymous identifier and the transaction details, never your name or your card.
• Anonymous statistics: the app sends Expo technical data about launches, errors and performance. The details are below.

The app keeps the following in the device's local storage, and only to work:

• Your profile: sex, weight and, if you enter them, age and height. These are the inputs of the calorie estimate.
• Your history: every workout you save, with its format, score, movements and estimated calories.
• A timestamp of the last full-screen ad, so you are not shown another one within three minutes.

This data never leaves the device, is not synced with any server and is deleted when you uninstall the app or tap “Delete all data” on the profile tab. If system backup is on (iCloud or Google), it may be included in that backup according to your device settings, not the app's.

Health data. Weight, sex, age and height are data about your body. The app uses them only for the calorie formula, on the device itself, and never sends them to any third party: not Google, not RevenueCat, not Expo.

The free version shows a banner at the bottom and, at most once every three minutes, a full-screen ad after a workout is calculated. They are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Google). The app always requests non-personalised ads: you are not shown ads based on a profile of you, and you are not followed across apps to choose them.

• To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK receives the IP address, device data (model, OS, language), the app version and, depending on your iOS or Android settings, the device's advertising identifier. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
• You can limit the use of the advertising identifier in the privacy settings of your device. On iOS the app does not ask for tracking permission, because it does not track.
• If you subscribe to WODFuel Pro, the app stops requesting ads. ZubiLabs receives no individual data from Google, only aggregate impression and revenue figures.

WODFuel Pro is bought on the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; ZubiLabs never receives your name, address or payment details.

To know whether your purchase is active on any of your devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a service of RevenueCat, Inc. (United States). RevenueCat receives a random identifier generated by the app, the platform, the app version and the transaction details the store passes on (product, date, renewal status). It does not receive your name, email or card. It processes this data under its own policy (revenuecat.com/privacy). Without this service it would not be possible to restore a purchase or check a renewal.

To know how many people use the app, catch errors and ship fixes, the app talks to Expo Application Services (EAS), run by 650 Industries, Inc. (Expo), based in the United States. These are the only three communications:

Installation identifier. On install, the app generates a random code that goes along with the communications to Expo and is used to count distinct installs and group errors. It is not the advertising identifier, it is not linked to your Apple or Google account or to any personal data, and it disappears when you uninstall the app.

IP address. As with any internet connection, Expo's servers receive the device's IP address when serving the request. ZubiLabs has no access to it: it only sees aggregate statistics and error reports.

What is not sent. Not your name, your email, your weight, your workouts, your location, or the device's advertising identifier.

Legal basis and retention. We process this technical data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): keeping the app running and fixing errors. Expo retains it under its own privacy policy (expo.dev/privacy); ZubiLabs does not copy it to any other system.

WODFuel is a training app for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has used the app, write to us and we will sort it out.

The GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Because ZubiLabs stores nothing that could identify you, we cannot locate “your” statistics to hand over or delete; what you can do is delete your profile and history from the app itself or by uninstalling it, and manage the subscription from your Apple or Google account. For any request write to [email protected]. If you believe we have not answered properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of your country.

If the app starts collecting anything new, we will update this page and the date above before releasing that version. Significant changes will also be announced in the release notes of the app.
